Compensation, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission,
the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National
Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration, and others.
- Has successfully defended employers in cases involving
sex, age, handicap and race discrimination, employment-at-will,
wrongful discharge, the FMLA, breach of contract, etc., in
both Federal and state courts.
- Serves management clients in traditional areas of labor
and employment law, including the negotiation of collective
bargaining agreements and the provision of general advice
on matters of hiring, conditions of employment and employment
termination.
