Both Albert Lee and I have spent substantial portions of our careers, both apart and together, making differences for our employers and clients by getting things done that no one else can do.

Whether it is multiple and predictable successful conclusions of tough labor issues or transgressing the uncharted path of a new business start up at lightning speed, we have always outperformed the level of the base expectation. We thrive on it and are quite proud of our record.

It is for this reason that PRIMA is not a consulting firm.

We do much more than make plans and throw them over the wall. We also insist on being there at the end, to be part of the celebration of success, and insist that a portion of our compensation is based on that success.

Now that we are established, we are growing through the addition of associates much like us.
