The ULTRAN Group Partners with PRIMA Problem Solving Inc. to Advance Non-Contact Ultrasound Technology Business

State College/Pittsburgh, PA - July 21, 2008 – The ULTRAN Group., a State College, PA, pioneer in the development of transducers,
systems and services for advanced materials testing and characterization, has teamed with PRIMA Problem Solving, Inc., a multi-faceted
business management and manufacturing solutions firm with offices in Pittsburgh and State College, PA, to accelerate the launch of its
revolutionary non-contact ultrasound technology and other products.
The ULTRAN Group has named Rocco Petrilli, Managing Partner of PRIMA Problem Solving, to its Board of Directors. He will work closely with
the Ultran team in areas of strategic plan development, business plan execution, organizational and financial resource optimization and
business growth management. Petrilli has over twenty-five years of executive management experience in the automotive metal and
ceramics industries.
