for MaxTek, LLC
Super Abrasive Machining Equipment Line
Offers Global Industry Potential for Improved Profitability
MaxTek LLC, a Milldale, CT developer of super abrasive machining
equipment used by the automotive industry and others, has partnered
with PRIMA Problem Solving, Inc., a multi-faceted business management
and manufacturing solutions firm with offices in Pittsburgh and
State College, PA, as its exclusive agent in the technical development
of applications to the global powder metal industry for MaxTek's
line of super abrasive machining equipment.
"The true power of the MaxTek super abrasive machining system
remains virtually untapped in the global powder metal industry,"
noted Rocco Petrilli, Managing Partner of PRIMA. "This relationship
is a further extension of the mid-1990's partnership that resulted
in the first meaningful application of super abrasive machining
technology to automotive component manufacture."

In addition to Petrilli, a twenty-year-plus veteran of the powder
metal and automotive industries, the PRIMA Operational Specialists
group includes Steve Meyer, who also has over twenty years experience
in powder metal plant operations and maintenance management, and
William Jandeska, Ph.D., a long time leading global automotive
industry expert.
