PRIMA Problem Solving Inc. Becomes PRIMA Business Specialists LLC
Pittsburgh and State College, PA – January 20, 2009–PRIMA Problem Solving, Inc. (PPSI), the multi-faceted business management and solutions firm with offices in Pittsburgh and State College, is now under new ownership and will operate as PRIMA Business Specialists LLC (PRIMA). Rocco Petrilli, formerly managing partner of PPSI, is the owner and CEO of PRIMA. Albert S. Lee, Esq. was the owner of PPSI.
PRIMA will continue to serve its existing client base as well as pursue new ventures with organizations that can benefit from its experience and services. PRIMA's business specialists provide clients with development, execution, and implementation of comprehensive business strategies designed to enhance productivity and improve profitability.
"Since its founding in January 2006, PPSI has experienced solid business growth in some very difficult economic times," said Petrilli. "We are truly indebted to Albert Lee for his constant support and guidance. Now, as PRIMA Business Specialists, we look forward to continuing that growth."
"Our business plan for 2009 includes expansion of our geographic reach through the addition of a new temporary executive/Mergers & Acquisition professional to our team; the launch of a new manufacturing business; and expansion of our sales offerings in support of opportunities for our existing clients; as well as continued service to our existing client base," he added.
As part of the business ownership change, PRIMA will relocate its Pittsburgh office to Monroeville, PA, where it can continue to be convenient to its Mid-Atlantic client base, as well as to customers in virtually any geographic location.
