That's more or less what happened in 2006.

Albert Lee, an attorney with a national reputation as an expert in human resources, labor issues, and arbitration, and Rocco Petrilli, a hard-charging manufacturing executive with a successful track record of business start ups, expansions, turn arounds, mergers, and acquisitions, were having drinks one evening in State College, PA.

Lee and Petrilli had just concluded a successful labor negotiation at an automotive components manufacturing facility where Petrilli was CEO. Consultants are plentiful, the two agreed. What businesses really need, however, is access to expertise provided by professionals willing to roll up their sleeves and work in partnership with the clients to solve their taxing problems--even if it means taking an equity stake or basing their compensation on the successful results.

And that's what PRIMA Problem Solving was all about.

In January of 2009, the PRIMA Problem Solving activity is continuing under the newly formed PRIMA Business Specialists, LLC.
